“Hope And A Future”

It only took six months, but Sadie finally said the words that led me to the title of her story.  She said, “I have something better than a hope chest now. I have hope.”  That led me to Jeremiah 29:11, part of which is the title.  Such a relief to have that piece of the puzzle.

I think I’m almost done. I need to write the wedding scene and fill in some holes. I have to decide on a couple other details, but the bulk of the groundwork is laid.

It’s still a mess. A big, hot, seething mess. But now, at least, it’s a big, hot, seething mess with a title.
